What other way but this could I best capture this beautiful artwork rendered on my flesh? The translation of the Latin is as follows: “Ut tu, ego fui; ut ego, tu eris." - This phrase means "As you are, I once was; as I am, you shall be." It serves as a reminder of the transient nature of life and the inevitability of mortality. My take on the stoic concept is “Momento Mori.”
