First thing you need to ask yourself is "how did I fail?" The second thing you need to ask yourself is "what did I learn from this failure?" (Or what can I take away as a positive from it.) We all fail at things in life, it is our responsibility to learn from those failures and learn how better not repeat them. Just remember; In every failure there is a silver lining.

It happens but you have to try not to dwell on it. Dwelling on it only reinforces those neural pathways which no es bueno, just try to remember the key to being confident and competent in something is failing and trying again. If nothing else you've learned. Failure is a stepping stone.
