Should I start worrying about my mental health? I’ve been feeling empty lately, and I don’t know what I’m living for. I feel like I’m not necessary or important to anyone, like my existence or even my absence wouldn’t really affect anyone. Not being dramatic; that’s just honestly how I feel.

At the same time, it hasn’t really affected my daily habits. I still sleep well and have a normal appetite.

Absence

It would be so nice to spend some time together this weekend. We could do everything or nothing at all, but just be together. I have so much to tell you. It’s only your absence that’s really noticeable.
