Always be prepared for violence, that it can occur and that you may need to use it. Someone who is defenseless is a sheep waiting to be eaten. Someone who is capable of violence and willing to use it when needed is a protector. A bully uses violence to get what he wants.

On Power

Don't be a bully, if you have power be kind. Your opponent will find you congenial, but fear your anger. They must know you have control of a threat to use against them, but out of fear they will strive to maintain your kind demeanor.
