A lot of people hide behind "i don't owe people anything". But if you hurt someone, you owe them an apology. If you disrespect someone, then you owe them accountability. And if someone has helped and supported you, you owe them your gratitude and appreciation!

Wandering around West Thompson Lake in Connecticut this afternoon with Appalachian Mountain Club friends was spectacular!

Through forests of earthly scented fallen leaves and grand pine and meadows around the water…some of us enjoyed tasting some autumn olives along the way and feeling some soft mullein leaves. So much appreciation I have for being with this group today. 😀🌲🌳♥️
