10 years ago, I drew a portrait of an African tribesman. It was based on a random photo I found, just because I wanted to practice capturing the "essence" of a person in a portrait drawing. I was having trouble coming up with a name for it though, and for weeks it remained unnamed. Eventually I showed it to a good friend of mine, and he suggested to name it "Seriti". He also said that it was a fitting word for both me and the drawing. That word has stuck with me since... As for the drawing, I gave it to my friend. (Not my best work but it was still fun working on this when I was younger 😊) #graphite
