Can, in your opinion, "AI art" ๐จ be considered as such? AI in this case, refers to Latent text-to-image diffusion model a.k.a. Stable Diffusion a.k.a. Midjourney a.k.a. Dall-E. Basically, the ChatGPT for images ๐ ยก Warning ! Very inflammatory argument ๐ฅ

The US Supreme Court has already ruled that adding AI removes the ability for an artist to obtain a copyright on the art. This is an interesting, but possibly shortsighted, as where does one draw the line? Will using a Photoshop plug-in be confused with AI?
