I went to Tastee Diner in Chevy Chase, MD, when Acura was doing service on my car. I was in the middle of some delicious pancakes and grits when I saw this guy playing the bag pipes outside. I heard that after he eats breakfast, he plays the pipes up and down the sidewalk outside. (edited)

Thought I'd post this in outdoors too- Managed to take this picture of a bridge going over a waterfall! This guy in a kilt stepped up and started playing the bagpipes, definitely wasn't planned for but it was cool to see 🤣
