Woke up and decided to make Maruchan Ramen with ground beef and eggs!

I had leftover ground beef with paprika, bell peppers, and onions to reheat and added soy sauce Then I added about 2 cups of water, waited to boil, and then 2 packages of Maruchan Ramen to let it cook for a few minutes and after that I added four eggs

Skillet meal

Taco Bell at home

Met up with a friend over the weekend while she was in town. Her daughter wanted to go to Taco Bell. I was so upset at the prices because those used to be Mexican restaurant prices. So tonight I decided to make my son a mock Taco Bell menu item lol

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Not anything special or fancy but I had never made stuffed bell peppers before, think I did a pretty good job and they were so good, I completely underestimated how much internal stuffing the recipe was going to make though, had to go buy a lot more peppers 🤣
