My first sourdough loaf

I'm so proud of it 😭 I've been maturing the starter for over a month and fermented it for two days. It came out crisp, sour, and delicious.

Apple-Cinnamon Rolls

Second time baking cinnamon rolls, prettier than last time. The top got slightly crispy, but it's fine since they're entirely fluff otherwise.

The latest batch came out even more fluffy but thats ok. I think im going wrong with mixing to much or wrong butter. Once i get paid I plan to get the right butter and follow the recipe to a T and see if thats it.
