And now for something a little better. May I introduce to you: one of my most favorite board games I’ve gotten recently. Merchants of the Dark Road holds a special place in my heart for it’s beautiful art design and riveting mechanics for each section of the map. It has just the right ambit of rolling dice and doing things for a strategy game that I just adore. I highly suggest springing for the deluxe edition with the metal coins, the extra quests, felt bags and 3D items. It’s just the right kind of long strategy game that has just the right amount of moving parts. I totally reccomend!

What type of boardgames do you like the most?

I love tabletop and board games especially co-op games and am trying to find new friends to play with and have a good time. One of my favorite co-op tabletop games.

Ok so… remember when I said that Root was one of the board games that scared me? Not even a close dime to what this thing has to offer. This is an example of what happens when you don’t do research before buying something. Frosthaven is absolutely enormous, and it makes understanding Root seem like understanding how to play Uno. 
While yes, it’s a super creative and fun game… I think… it’s incredibly intimidating, and freaks me out both for how many things there are to remember and for trying to wrap my head around figuring out how to possibly teach this to other players. 
Worth the buy though? Absolutely.

I've always noticed when you play a game with a person , it can often show u their true traits. Say  you're the one who's winning the most, but they don't give up or cheat. it shows that person is trustworthy and determined under pressure.
