I don't think today's workout was satisfactory. Surely I can squeeze my shoulder blades more than that? Should I try elevating my shoulders more and really lean into range of motion for the entire upper back complex? I had this cool dream I wish I could do if I was rich

Make this cinema room but mixing flat areas with pillows and blankets and some chairs. Xbox controllers everywhere and could play Gears of War and people can watch too. It was so cool I was wall bouncing and having fun.
