An almost 2 hour labor of love without an electric mixer.

Tiramisu, but instead of coffee there is very densely steeped hibiscus tea to mimick the acidity of coffee with a higher acidity level traditionally used for tiramisu. My dominant arm hurts 😅. Only to whisk whipping cream it takes around 30 to 40 or more minutes.

How did using aquafaba in royal icing work out for you? I'll be grateful for any the information, especially if you've used at least one of these two tools - 1) hand whisk and 2) basic and old hand mixer and how did it pan out for you? (edited)

Since home brewing isn't a option

I'm odd about this I don't drink a bit. But I enjoy making wine and something called cheong( basiclly a drink mixer). I just let the fruit go for 30days and let some fermentation happen. Now removing the fruits to make a jam with.

Blue berry jam and strawberry/peach jam.
