8400 pounds is 400 pounds.
420 lbs. last set hex DL pull. Last set before this was a 400 lbs. double. Trying to hit 450 lbs. or more by the end of the year. Don't know how this [even moved] I was struggling with 3 reps @ 320 lbs. in late 2021 Gonna wait a few weeks before pulling this nonsense again. CNS is going to feel... (edited) read more
