In schizophrenia, "hearing voices" (auditory hallucinations) is often a misattribution of one's own internal thoughts, which the brain fails to recognize as self-generated, causing them to sound like external speech from another person, according to recent brainwave studies. This disruption in the brain's self-monitoring system (corollary discharge) makes internal monologue feel like external voices, activating auditory regions as if real sounds were occurring. While normal inner speech is private, these voices feel real and can be negative, critical, or even commanding, but they are fundamentally a malfunction of thought processing, not perception.

It has turned my soul into a ravaged battleground, my utter inability to form a stable personality or pattern of behaviors continuing to lead me to destruction. I can see the right in the wrong and the wrong in the right but I can't figure out what my own opinion is. I have a tragedy of experience and a comedy of character. have multiple views, all clashing against one another and turning me against myself, leaving me frustrated and confused. 
And it heats as it cools and it brings it to a freezing broil inside as demands suddenly begin to mount.

And I should know by now, but I don't.

And I just want to shriek at the top of my lungs, because if I didn't have a name, I would have no idea who I was.

I was told this is what we are calling it now.  I like it.  Sounds better that the laundry list of things I deal with daily.  Funny thing is, I just thought I was different because I was smarter than most everyone around me.  I recently found out...at age 44... that almost nobody thinks like me.  I have an IQ around 160...never officially tested.  I was in the navy's nuclear program though.  I have also all my life been able to separate out the individual parts of my mind.  Detach the emotions completely in emergencies or serious situations, spin up alternate versions of myself mentally and have an internal debate in rapid time to make decisions, or just be able to spit out the answer to complicated problems within seconds.  After years of observation from my fiance, she asked me a series if questions and then told me straight up that she thinks I have DID.  It floored me.  There was no way...  But upon looking back, I was always the socially awkward kid that never got nuance.  I spent my early years being bullied because I was so odd.  I spent that time at the mall.  Watching people...observing how they interacted.  There was the typical abuse at home and whatnot, and it was a partial catalyst...  But over time I have observed and practiced interactions with random people that I was able to pass as normal.  I guess in the background I always knew I wasn't like others.  But when I went deep into myself and asked who was there....there were answering voices.  I guess what I have been rambling about is that this neurospicy label is progress.  It allows us to not be so stigmatized for what we are and gives us some of our dignity.  I may be if several minds about something, but that is something unique that I bring to the table.  Get to know ME, and the labels fade away and get replaced with new ones.  Gamer...friend...arch nemesis...lover.  Neurospicy people will probably make your day a lot more interesting if you give them a chance.

Determinism or Randomness?

I deeply regret not giving our relationship a chance. I saw a future that was both exciting and yet scary for all the possible fights that would ensue. My hatred would pile up without reason, just because of your desire to make me want to hate you as much as I love you, which is absolutely crazy, as crazy as we are. 

Admittedly, we both know we're not right for each other. But ohh man, my mind just won't stop thinking of you... It was barely a week and yet, it felt like, well, like a week. hahaha

And who am I writing this for? To you Sean. It's for you, only you.

Perhaps this will erase thoughts of you, loving me so passionately and deeply, as if nothing else exist but the two of us. And yes, you will agree to my stipulations, and be greatly rewarded for it, with my undying love and devotion.

Any one here have an internal monologue? I just recently learned that not everyone has it. I always thought everyone could somewhat hear themselves when they read a book, "talk to themselves", get a song stuck in your head,  etc. I had no idea those who had an internal monologue were in the minority. I believe it was said in the 30% range population.
