If it your passion then don't let fear hold you back! You will get better as you make more cakes so just start by making an assortment of common flavors and getting feedback until you have a few solid recipes. From there you can start selling at farmers market and popup type markets where you will build a following. Be sure to make a brand page so people can follow you and find you at the next farmers market event! Good luck!
