Monk, good?
Is there any way that monk isn't just the worst in the party? Like, if you want to do damage, you nees to hit your attacks, but you don't have any magical bonus to hit(like a +1 sword), if you want to support, your best bet is the stun witch you can do a limited amount of times per day, your ac is good only at the levels were having a 20 ac is the norm or else you are getting hit anyways, and your Hp is bad, both because you need to invest in wis and dex so heavily Is there a way to negate this or a sub that make it more enjoyable?

Honestly, Monk should never have been a class. It should have just been an archetype of Fighter or something. We can see this in the fact that Monk was available in 1e but not 2e. A 3e Monk could attack as many times as a full martial except would have penalties to be able to do so for most of its life. Unlike Fighter which doesn't need its BA to attack 4 times, the Monk needs its BA and a resource to do so. Not only that, it has about 1 less HP than Fighters do per level. Rogues with the same HD can do insane damage safely at range, even without Extra Attack or their BA or a limited resource. Like you said, Monk is very MAD. Unlike other classes that can get by with just 2 stats, Monk needs CON, DEX, and WIS to be functional. It also doesn't help that everything martials do, a spellcaster can do better. Just Conjure Animals on its own is enough. In OneD&D, the Rogue is going to do what the Monk does but better, because one of its Cunning abilities is to knock a creature unconscious immediately once per turn. Meanwhile, Monk can only Stun a creature several times per short rest. Ultimately, Monk is just a bad class. Just like any other martial, its effectiveness is determined by its magic items. However, because 5e limits attunement slots, they can't ever really get to the point where they can ever be truly effective. Compare again to casters who are just broken.

You can have bonuses to hit. My last monk had a +2 quarterstaff (that also summoned a swarm of angry bees), but her unarmed attack was nearly as good. Also, you can catch projectiles and throw them back at the attacker as a reaction. I ended up being the party tank, in fact.
