7My best friend kept begging me to open up and talk about my trama and my life. She wanted me to open up about my PTSD from my child hood and my time serving in the military. When it became to real she told me it wasn't what she thought and I was to broken and she felt overwhelmed
She said it's to much and she was sorry for asking me to open up that she couldn't be there for me and I should stop. I don't want to ask for help anymore
