“men wouldn’t think about cheating if all their needs were met.” weird. some women have had their needs ignored, their hearts neglected, and still chose to stay loyal. cheating isn’t a need. it’s a choice. fidelity isn’t dependent on perfect circumstances. it’s about character.

Added new movement to my program, which is now an 18d microcycle 😅. I've always neglected pronation and supination, so will help resist injury and support my pushing and pulling, but also add an extra rest day for legs.

Changing cats' food

I was really tired after my treatment yesterday, so I didn't feel like going to two different grocery stores. I decided to take a chance and buy Aldi brand cat food. Of course, BOTH cats won't touch it 🫠. Guess they'll be "neglected" til the bag is empty lol (edited)
