Damaged

Just believe what you see and trust if it doesn't hurt ♏️🦂

So much has changed

It's strange how different my life is now, Mr moo (the cat) sadly passed away, the bike was stolen and damaged. Miss the cat, not the bike!

I feel like I'll never find love

Ever since my eczema started flaring up really bad some time ago as part of adulthood, I've really secluded myself. I lost a lot of my friends and stopped socializing. My skin is still very damaged looking and scarred, almost burned sometimes so I still tend to close myself up and am nervous to get… read more

How come...

When I'm broken and damaged, no one wants to date me because "You need to love yourself first" but now that I've fixed myself and my life is on order, all I find are women who want someone damaged and is a project? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

A Kushy Poem

Unfurling Unfurling unto the world both ancient and new A light in the darkness, mists in the dew A glimmer in the void, shadows long to find This light in my chest, this light that's mine A light in the mist Bathes in shadows that twist Darknesses encroach Endevouring beyond reproach To smother… read more

8 Stories of "Loss" I Learned from a Pair of Earphones 🎧☕

I found myself sitting quietly earlier, looking at some old earphones and headsets still kept in my room. At first, it seemed trivial—just small objects, some missing one side, others having lost their ear pads, or even gone missing along with their charging cases. But upon deeper reflection, these… read more

🗣️ : "Hurt people hurt people" Nah, I am damaged. I have lots of scars, too. Yet, I never thought of hurting anyone just because other people hurt me. Because if you don't heal from what hurts you, you'll always be bleeding on people who didn't cut you.

The workplace is not the only place you need to mind your ps and qs

It is genuinely exhausting how often “getting to know someone” immediately turns into managing another person’s sexual expectations. There is nothing wrong with attraction. There is nothing wrong with desire. What is wrong is acting like those things are more important than the comfort,… read more

I used to get perms, but they damaged my hair so much that I had to go back to straight hair.

Does this style suit me, though? I’m seriously thinking about giving it another shot. 🤗 My hair has gotten so much thinner, so maybe a perm will make it look fuller, haha. Whoever said age is just a number...feel like a child na🤣🩷🙏🤝✨🤗🌻

Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone...

To those who have found love : May you never forget the miracle of being chosen. May you always look at each other like the first time your hearts recognized home. Guard it. Nurture it. Speak gently. Love deeply. To those still searching: Please don’t lose hope. Love has a mysterious way of… (edited) read more

Knowing when to say goodbye

A fox removes itself from a damaged snare by leaving pieces behind. Not panic. Not sacrifice. Just a rapid calculation performed below the threshold of visible distress. The trap assumes it has the whole animal. Interesting error. It closes. And closes. And closes— on less and less of the… read more

Damaged but beautiful

The urge to hide

I've had more than my fair share of damaged relationships starting at birth with my undiagnosed autism continuing into adulthood where people tend to tell me that the world does not work the way I see it. And maybe the world doesn't work the way that I see it. But mine does. A long time ago when… read more

I am so amazed by people who are totally into technology, and always update their phone every time the newest version is released. Like after a year of using Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, they trade-in that phone and upgrade it to galaxy S26 ultra.

--- Meanwhile, there are also people like me, who aren't into technology that much, and don't even think about changing their phones unless it's totally damaged. Been using my Redmi note 8 pro since 2018, got it repaired zillion times (and it still works). My best friend and my mom bought me a new… read more

Dating is getting worse and worse as time goes on

I think more people are damaged by bad dating experiences than even the relationships they have lost in the past. Hurt people hurt people, and it’s rare to find a path of healthy minded dating partners to treat you right in the fight to find your person. In the meantime I choose to keep my… read more

What do you guys do with old jackets and coats? (That's you can't donate because of wear and tear)

If I had the interest, time, and energy to repurpose it, and enjoyed sewing I'd maybe try and restyle them or use the textiles towards something but that's not exactly my niche. I have ideas on what could be done but I just don't care enough to do anything about it. I feel it would be best to give… read more

Damaged Goods

Last week I decided to get out of the house. Old original drawing I did as a kid

at the time my phone I had, the camera was damaged so its a blurry picture. Sadly I lost the actual physical drawing. Was part of a book report in like grade 9 or 10 and we had to do a creative half to our reports. My book was The Black Stallion And Flame by Walter Farley

Two Damaged Souls

You tried manipulating me while I tried healing you. It still amazes me how we were fighting two completely different battles, yet standing in the same relationship. You wanted power, control, and obedience while all I wanted was peace, understanding, and a chance to fix what was broken. I… (edited) read more

Nature's wisdom 🌱

Outside my house, I have a mint plant. It had grown large, tall, and full of life. Its fresh aroma filled the air whenever the wind touched it. But one day, small white moths began to appear. At first, they seemed harmless… just a few around it Then there were more and more of them, until they… read more

She’s not crazy… she was abused.

She learned how to stay quiet in rooms where she should’ve been protected. She learned how to survive in love that felt more like a battlefield. Your name is your brand.

An empty wallet can recover. A damaged name takes years. Guard your integrity like it's your first million. The rest catches up. - ✍️

🌿🌿 I personally think, the highest form of self-love is when you decided to voluntarily making an appointment for therapy sessions right after you walked away from your—unhealthy relationship. When you aware, that you are so damaged, and you start looking for a help from the professionals to heal

--- Because you mental health matters. (edited)

So about that Mississippi River...

I've tried finding answers. This is more a thought piece post, not a for sure kinda thing... My ideal partnership

You can have your Gomez & Morticia romance. I won't judge. I'd prefer a Geralt & Yennefer dynamic. Or just needing a second opinion from a person… read more
