For example: Putting a hairclip on your eyebrow reduces migraines for most people or soaking your feet in hot water An ice pack on your face, or dunking your face in ice cold water for a while can significantly ease your panic attack

Genuine love nourishes you. It doesn't extinguish you nor does it starve you.
