Delicious Galette w/ Refreshing Cider

Got this amazing galette today at a French Creperie here in Hilversum. Made with grilled goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, fresh pesto, and emmental cheese. Was absolutely incredible! First time drinking cider out of a bowl which threw me off 😅😆
