Baked Broccoli and Feta Pasta

Made yesterday and will be made again for the next few days 🤤. Chicken or fish would be a nice protein source to add to it .

Homemade pizza

Fresh dough with garlic confit oil and buttermilk powder crust, sauce from roasted veggies/tomato paste/a little pork roast bone broth, topped with mozzerella, garlic feta, basil pesto, pepperoni. Was good!

Black Angus ribeye steak, brown buttered sea scallops, buttered green beans and pasta salad (olives, artichokes, heart of palm, peppers, red onion, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and soppressata)

Dinner 🍽️

Tonight I made some slow cooked Ribs with lots of oregano, herbs and barbecue that was gently layered, and a salad with a arugula and spinach base with Feta cheese, mangoes and chickpeas. 🍱

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes with tomato gravy

Cooked the loaf in the tomato sauce and then drained it halfway through to make a gravy.
