3 1/2 packs of cream cheese 8oz mascarpone cheese 2 small lemons rind and juice 6 eggs 450ml heavy cream -(If you're not using lemon juice do 500ml instead) Dash of vanilla Annnnd I forgot how much sugar 😂 (edited)

Used the most simple recipe without eggs. Since I don't drink coffee with a high percent of acidity I ended up adding some of the leftover bottled lemon juice into the mascarpone itself.
