5Made these straight after work
The smaller one is cherries on top of black chocolate. The bigger one is ricotta, cherries, a bit of brown sugar and egg to bind the mixture together. 5Not bad for winging it
The ricotta one was better than some of the pastries with curdled cheese I've tried, but it lacks a bit of that acidity to give a bit of an edge of balance to the pastry.
