Thursday Pasta dish

​Hickory-Smoked ground Turkey & Cellentani Savory ground turkey and fresh spinach tossed with corkscrew pasta in a light lemon-garlic emulsion. Finished with a delicate cloud of micro-planed mozzarella and finishing Smoked Hickory salt.

I bring the kinda energy to the kitchen that has me blasting Italian pizzeria music while wrapping mozzarella sticks inside my own crust.

I ended up making me a mozzarella stick platter one is the sweet and spicy sauce one's a salsa sauce and one's a honey mustard sauce. (edited)

Valentines Day with me..
