Can We Change Our Type?

What is your experience? I see clearly how I have gone through life as an unhealthy INTJ, but I also see how I'm changing (especially through IFS therapy). Is this the shift from unhealthy to healthy Type, or could we grow into an altogether different Type? (edited)
