Went downstairs Made a hot drink ☕️ Went back upstairs "Where's my drink?" 🤔 Went back downstairs "Wait... what was I doing here again?"

Tuesday looked like this > TMJ dislocation got me resting with my H-bar and hot bag. 🥲 Not exactly how I planned to spend my day, but I’m taking it slow and letting myself heal. 🤍
