trying to get more into gothic stuff

i recently went to my first 100% metal concert, and i fell in love with everything about it. i really want to be a bigger part of the gothic scene, but i also still want to be able to be myself and dress how i want when i want. i figured the best place to ask for tips would be here. if you could give me makeup tips, products to buy, clothing tips, or places to shop, or anything you think might help, that would be great! :)
