Got both shoulders fixed. Something went wrong 2nd shoulder. Now I have nerve and body issues. Every test reveals more issues. Lost my job, recreating my self. No matter what disease or health problem I get slapped with I'm not quiting ; 
Where are my warriors at? The people who keep waking up even if you get nothing done. The people who have days they live like they are healthy and young or lucky to make it to the couch. No one can see the problem but you smile and keep going...?

Finally can say that I've quite smoking. Jeez it was a hard road and really tested my self control to the limit. I was a heavy smoker and never thought I would actually quit. Found motivation I never knew I had. So feeling pretty proud of myself

Simple ways to recharge 🤗

I'm down 130lbs from my starting weight!

I started my #weightloss last year, beginning of May 2024. My last official weigh-in was December 17th, 2024, and now on February 26, 2025, I lost 25lbs in between the two!

Most of it was achieved with #healthyeating / #diet and in January I began slowly adding in more #exercise and attend the #gym often.

While I'm extremely body positive, I am also very proud of myself and how far I've come with my weight, with my health, and with my confidence and happiness!

Achieving a #healthylifestyle isn't easy, but has been very worth it.

As someone with a history of thyroid issues, binge ED, food addiction, and other medical issues I'd rather not list as they're a bit more sensitive to me, weight loss doesn't come easy. 

(So naturally as a disclaimer, I'm not making this post as a degredation to anyone else. How a body looks is not necessarily the same as their weight nor their health, and the number on the scale is not necessarily the same as how their body appears nor the state of their health, and their health or lack thereof is not necessarily the same as how their body appears nor the number on the scale. Plus many issues can make weight loss very, very hard, if not seemingly impossible no matter how much they may diet and/or exercise. So please no hate to anyone in the comments.)

But I am just very happy for myself. I started the journey because my health suddenly took a downturn and I was tired and exhausted of simple movements being so hard...

And along the way of losing weight for those reasons, I've found that most of my health issues disappeared, and the rest at the very least lessened in severity, plus movement is a lot easier and I feel so much more free, plus my mental well-being has drastically increased, plus my self-esteem and confidence have improved tremendously...

And I'm not done either! 😁😁

So wish me luck yall~ I'm continuously moving forward towards my goals! And I wish y'all luck on your endeavors as well. ☺️

And yes, I am open to questions because I've found sometimes people have them about something but are hesitant to ask since weight can be a very sensitive topic. While some medical aspects may be sensitive to me, I am mostly an open book. I won't get mad at you for asking a genuine question respectfully either, and if I am not comfortable answering then I will simply let you know that respectfully.🥰

I feel my cerebellar folia atrophy is getting worse, I was doing exercises that help the cerebellum and I ended up with scary symptoms that I didnt have  before .
One of the exercises was to count backwards or say a few words while doing a movement ,ended up speaking strangely to the point my voice was unrecognizable and I couldn't speak anymore and then I started to get choking sensations in my throat 😖.
Let's just say that my cerebellum is seriously pissed my eye speacialist would say the same thing 🤦‍♀️.
It's gonna be interesting when I eventually start rehabilitation I'm not gonna be an easy case .

Can't even sit on my couch because it's too low and the back of my thighs feel so tight. It was the lowest impact and effort I could've done, this tells me how bad my condition actually is.

Narcissists thrive on control, using it to maintain power and manipulate those around them. But what happens when someone refuses to play by their rules? When individuals assert themselves, think independently, and resist their influence? Narcissists can't stand it.

Certain actions drive narcissists crazy because these actions diminish their control. By understanding what they are, it becomes possible to reclaim power and shield oneself from their toxic influence.

In this post, I will explore eight things that narcissists absolutely loathe, because when these actions are taken, they lose the grip they desperately want to maintain over others.

1) Setting Clear Boundaries:
Narcissists are skilled at pushing limits, using manipulation, guilt, and gaslighting to get their way. However, when firm boundaries are established, they are denied the access they crave to control others.

Initially, narcissists may test resolve, trying to make individuals feel selfish or unreasonable for standing firm. Yet, the more consistent one is, the less power they hold. Boundaries send a clear message: “You’re not in charge here”, and that's something they can't tolerate.

2) Saying No Without Guilt:
Narcissists detest the word "no." It disrupts their illusion of control and reminds them they can't manipulate others into submission.

Saying "no" without justification is a powerful action. It frustrates narcissists because it removes their ability to manipulate through guilt or #drama.

3) Staying Calm When Provoked:
Narcissists thrive on provoking reactions, whether it’s anger, frustration, or sadness. Emotional responses fuel their control. That’s why they often prod and push buttons, to make individuals lose their cool, allowing them to play the victim or twist the situation to their advantage.

However, by maintaining composure, one weakens their manipulative tactics, forcing narcissists to scramble for new strategies. Calmness strips away their power, leaving them frustrated.

4) Thinking for Oneself:
Narcissists want to be the voice in others' heads, twisting facts and rewriting history to align with their version of reality. When individuals begin to think critically and make independent decisions, their influence falters.

Though narcissists may call others difficult or ungrateful, it's because they fear losing the control they once had. Independent thinking is their worst nightmare, as it signifies the end of their ability to shape reality.

5) Prioritizing Oneself:
Narcissists expect to be the center of others' worlds, demanding time, #energy, and attention. When individuals begin prioritizing their well-being, the attitude of narcissists shifts rapidly.

Suddenly, they may be labeled selfish, but in truth, individuals have stopped letting them drain their energy. Narcissists can't stand when someone puts themselves first because it means they're no longer the top priority.

6) Agreeing with Their Insults:
Narcissists use insults and subtle jabs to make others doubt themselves, expecting defensive reactions or arguments. But what happens when someone simply agrees with them? Their words lose power, leaving narcissists with nowhere to turn.

This approach frustrates narcissists because it denies them the validation they seek. When insults don't affect others, they lose an easy means of control.

7) Being Happy Without Them:
Narcissists want individuals to believe that their #happiness and #success depend on them. They try to break people down, offering just enough validation to keep them hooked. However, when someone thrives without them, it shatters the illusion of importance.

Though they might feign support, their true goal is keeping others dependent. Independence and happiness signify the end of their power.

8) Walking Away for Good:
Nothing terrifies a narcissist more than losing control completely. As long as someone is still engaging, they believe they have a hold. But when an individual walks away and never looks back, they lose their grip.

By cutting ties mentally, emotionally, and physically, one denies the opportunity for manipulation or guilt-tripping, which is the ultimate fear of narcissists.

Reclaiming Power

Understanding that narcissists hate losing control is crucial. However, their control only persists if it is allowed. By setting boundaries, thinking independently, and refusing to engage in their games, their power begins to fade.

Psychologists often note that narcissists rely on a cycle of manipulation to maintain influence. Breaking that cycle leaves them with nothing. Protecting oneself isn't selfish, it's essential. The stronger one becomes, the less space a narcissist will have in #life.
