4What do you guys think about the BMW M4 GTS f82
I find the car pretty interesting and exciting specially when it comes to track performance. And the water injection system for me is kinda engineering Marvel. Plus the looks and stance of the car are pretty good. And in my personal opinion looks more appealing than the new G82's.

1Back surgery
Just had my first nerve block injection. I have one more after this in a few weeks before we move on to surgery. Let’s hope this works and I can get my life back. I’m so ready to be done with all of this!

PRP injection today cost £500. Had to be done as the cortisone no longer works. After 46 years of gym work I’m retiring. I will be continuing to swim 1.5 miles each day. 🫶🏼
