New medication

Welp from.my psychologist not only found out today as suspected have autism and adhd but have a medication to add to the lexapro. Wish me luck for better mental health ahead!

Feeling a bit down on myself today worse than usual anxiety is through the rough had to bring lexapro meds out today but pushing through regardless ❤️

Abilify, Lexapro and xanax is keeping my life together. I always look for that someone to fill the void. How do you even handle a relationship when you cant handle anxiety most days?
