Dear diary 🌼✌️
Decided to change my room around , first time in my life IV decided to sleep on the other side of the bed , it's the same room but it looks different I DONT LIKE IT !!
but I'm forcing myself to get used to it because of my autism I don't like changes...and I need changes in life.

My nature; I'm not very loving or kind, I'm not always honest or hard working. I tend to run from responsibility and I'm not very friendly. These are some of my many faults. When I was a teenager I did not like these qualities about myself, I did not know what to do about it. It took years of searching to understand. We have our emotions, our physical and relationships but we also have a spiritual life. So, I learned how to pray and I was able to overcome these bad faults of mine. Just like I need to feed my body, I also need to feed my mind and spirit.

Making the bed makes me want to get violent 😂 I have 
Been buying comforter blankets for years as putting a doona cover on a doona turns me into a totally different person , but I find myself looking at a nice yellow flower doona cover and it got me thinking is it worth the stress .

Light this bed on fire about 5 minutes later :

Dear diary ....

I like... 
1. watering my plants
2. folding laundry
3. vacuuming
4. making soup
5. paying my bills online
...because there was a time, when I was not able to do these simple tasks. I hope to encourage others to like doing simple tasks too.

The doctor says I may not have long to live (not in these exact words). Am I afraid? No. I mentally prepared myself for this.

- Started a dedicated journal for developing financial literacy, rooting out money wounds, discovering my values and how to deal with resources in accordance with those values (how to balance communal wellness with my own wellness)
- Doodled with the guidance of some pinterest tutorials
- Continuing to make my way through the first book of Dungeon Crawler Carl (with the help of the audiobook)
- Doing shadow work with my own prompts
- Planning to continue writing my unfinished notes on Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer

Love journaling so much—about stoic thoughts, management ideas, hobbies, and random stuff. But I often get confused like… is it really okay if I never go back and read any of it? Feels weird not to, but honestly, I don’t enjoy organizing or revisiting them.

Studies say it’s totally fine. Still, I sometimes overthink it haha.

Benadryl haze

There's a limit to what I can push through.

And I keep getting pushed over it.
There is no time to breathe.

Thought obstacles

Trauma  happens,  then later on things happen to trigger flashbacks,  like as if I'm back there again,  trauma again. I'm working thru it without therapy this time,  i think I'm on a healthy track. Only i can hold myself accountable,  only i can protect myself. It's hard. I dissociate often,  lately thru books,  not worst vice 😆 so I'm proud of myself. It might take a couple more years or maybe just another week before I'm over this cyclic triggering,  so I'm going to enjoy everyday regardless. 

Out on a hot day,  enjoying the shade. Asthma flares but have allergy medication and a mask (which really helps with allergens). I'm alive, and that's more than enough for today.

Triggering time

Sad when you crying for help to you're own family and they the first one's to turn their back on you.

I...I just want friends ....I'm 30 this year ....I have probably 3 people in my life I could call to have a BBQ..go fishing with...camping ...a day out ...go beach ...ect like I grew up doing with my dads side of the family / friends .. but no my friends live like a hour or two away or make up excuses the day before ...I enjoy being alone ...but not forever 🥺 .. I'm good at BBQs 🥺😢☹️😔 I'm good with snacks ...😔 I'm a good person

Shamanic practice is on my experience a very very personal path. There is not a specific instruction manual of how and why you contact with nature energies and other realms.

You dont need be a mystic, or have a previous specific degree or knowledge, because a real shaman dont want or even cared of become one, it just choose you, like it or not.

Mostly it "hits" you through some sort of deep crisis.

Can be being attacked by some animal(s), can be hit by a thunder, can be being poisoned by  the spirit of some plant. 

Totem animals or guardian spirits are very common on this practice and usually present themselves trough different moments on life, sometimes on dreams, and sometimes we have spiritual allies and teachers on elemental kingdoms too.

Personally I started to vibe with the chaotic energy of wind, and hurricanes. 

I was not being very aware how my life was influenced by wind.

The most strong sign was when Hurricane Otis destroyed my city past year, just when i thought stablish my home and live a so called "normal life" like everybody does, thinking that will help me settle the inner existential chaos.

Sometimes destruction comes in order to set us free, in order to realize the only stable thing on life is change, to reconfigurate a whole new existence.  

Wind teaches us not have attachments, wind is a traveller, a migrant, a flying carpet. Wind blows away all the false sense of control and stability.

The existential chaos still is here.

My life was never meant for remain on
a comfort zone.
 
What would i had done? become a  office employee?  marry? be a house wife?

Thankfully my spirit remains reckless and volatile as a hurricane.

None on a shamanic path can just surrender on the illusion of a comfortable life.

About wind and hurricanes.

The fact people feel they have the right to treat you like sh!+ because their not getting what they want or wanted . Its amusing to me cause it shows they want full control of everything. Than try and guilt trip you into believing their sorry ? shows that person is a BUCKET of red narcissistic flags.

I'm 30 basically and won't be under anyone's control full stop nor will I be talked to at a lower level  - bye .

The level of anger that's finally hit .
