Solitude

I just need to put this out there. I live a life of solitude. I wake up I go to work. I work alone, I eat alone, I sleep alone (except for my cat who sleeps with me.), I ride my motorcycle alone, I am always alone. I don't go out, there's no reason to in my mind. Healing journey

When I was young I was diagnosed bipolar 2. When I say young I mean like 16 or 17. I took medication for years until I was about 20 to 21. After that I quit the meds and tried to self regulate. Progress and regression
