Sunday night, I'm writing proverbs.

I wasn't born with knowledge. No. I had to work for what I know today. Little by little regularly over decades, I dedicated myself to learning. Just like you need to lift weights to gain muscle, the brain also needs exercises. Anyone can be intelligent, you just have to work at it. That's all.

I'm at psychiatric ward, waiting for my appointment. The weather is beautiful today and what a nice clean building. 🍒

I just started journaling. Might need help…

I just started writing again recently and have found myself kinda wanting to do it more. So I started journaling or keeping a diary. But I can’t seem to find anything worthwhile to write about consistently on a daily basis. Any advice?
