so basically, i'm still learning english. i do really know / understand what people said / tell to me but when i wanna answer them it feels like i can't speak fluently / well. i feel nervous and affraid at the same time. i need your suggestion / recommendation, what should i do?

Have a lot of conversation. If you make trillions of unconscious mistakes while doing so; be it. Then correct the mistakes you remember you have made. Mistakes are the by-product of polishing any skill. Never feel embarrassed while making mistakes. It means you are moving towards the right path. Just try not to repeat it.
