For me, the answer is Arch Linux and NixOS. I love how on Arch Linux, it is usually possible to get any piece of software I want with minimal fuss. Android has native VM support now

Well, it has had it for 6 months. But with the latest beta, it's got proper graphical acceleration. No more VNC for me 🎉 Now to find out what to run on the damn thing in the first place, lmao
