Not everything that's classic, is good.

The battle scenes in Le morte de Arthur is the worst trudge in any book ever written. "Knight so and so fell of his horse, so and so got him another; knight so and so fell of his horse, so and so got him another." It's as bad as reading the Begats for entertainment, and I think of that often. We are so critical as consumers today, but can you imagine what we would think is "Amaze-ballz" if we had less choice?
