The secret partner
Now this was something I never knew from the original Paper Mario TTYD game was that Ms. Mowz was a party member to get. I had all my other members join me in each chapter but nothing that triggered Ms. Mowz. I always thought she was some special NPC I would encounter or a secret boss to fight. But nope. And of course if I did knew she was a party member I’d also not know how to obtain her. Completing her task on the Trouble Board in Rogueport was the only method to get her to join your party. And believe me it was hard to complete it if you didn’t had a walkthrough to find the badge in Hooktail’s castle in the center of where Hooktail was and have Flurry to uncover it with her ability. From the original I must have played the game countless times and never knew this and early internet was not reliable for looking up stuff. So I’m glad I know now after 20 years.
