Panseared Ahi Tuna

This is an 8oz tuna steak, seasoned and then quickly seared in a piping hot pan and finished with jap dressing. The plate is decorated with Eel Sauce, Sriracha Mayo, accented with Sriracha.

Baking Fail

Attempted to make chocoflan without a bundt pan. It didn't really work out, but at least it's edible.
