So I turned off my PC last night and everything was working fine. This morning tho, I turned my PC on and my main monitor wouldn't turn on, kept giving me the "display port no signal" so I went and bought a HDMI cable and seems to work. Any idea of what could cause the issue ?

That's GPU. Do the fans on it spin? Or can't you hook something else up on the monitor for a test?

Swap the cable to the other monitor to see if it works properly. That will tell you if it's the port from the computer, the cable or the port on the "main"monitor.
