Fitness smartwatch?

What is the best fitness smartwatch for tracking things like heart rate and sleep? Needs to be compatible with an android phone. (I've had fitbit before and kinda want to steer clear of it)

Smartwatch or dumbwatch? Which side are you?

I have a mechanical (automatic winding) watch. Pros: it never dies if I keep wearing it. Cons: it does nothing but tell the time and date
