I think we sometimes for a moment forget to look at the inside and ask ourself 'How are you really?' behind those " I'm fine, i'm good' to other person. I knew for myself i was not okay but i never seems to find the reason, but i i have and it feels better - to know and to understand the situation and of course for the solution .
