I was having a fun conversation with my wife and wanted to ask everyone else their thoughts. So, my wife and I are Polyamorus and ENM. We both have work crushes in our respective jobs. As we were chatting, we learned we are both very different in our approaches. First, we are big advocates of the "don't defecate where you eat" mantra. We both know know its extremely risky to date co workers. However, she said she likes to spend as much time as she can in her work crushes company, though she won't date him, she still enjoys being around him. I'm very much the opposite. I get so nervous and uncomfortable when my work crush is around, and since I would never ask her out, I still get so twitchy lol. I usually just say hi and get away asap. I'd rather never see her again as I get so shy and squirmy. We both laughed hard about our approaches. What about you? How do you act when your crush is around?
