Honey Salmon with Strawberry Salsa

Had fun trying out a new recipe today! I usually prefer fresh Salmon but wanted to try out canned Salmon for a more cost effective opinion. Tasted great but not as pretty. What are some of your favorite summer Salmon recipes?

Food prep for the next couple weeks

Steeping some chilis to make Harissa paste. Made some Moroccan eggplant dip, salsa roja, and I'm going to make some bulgogi sauce. Then it's protein prep. Been on a yogurt kick for marinades. Gonna make some black bean dip and corn salsa later on.

I ended up making me a mozzarella stick platter one is the sweet and spicy sauce one's a salsa sauce and one's a honey mustard sauce. (edited)

Sloppy burgers

No burger buns so last of the white bread treat and wholemeal with grilled cheese slices, salsa, jalapeños, sweet curry and butter 😋 This is my treat for the week 😅🍔
