Mother brought goodies

My mother is spring cleaning which means I get canned goodies. Lemon blueberrie jam, cranberrie juice, salsa, and honey from my father's bees. I couldn't wait for the juice.

Honey Salmon with Strawberry Salsa

Had fun trying out a new recipe today! I usually prefer fresh Salmon but wanted to try out canned Salmon for a more cost effective opinion. Tasted great but not as pretty. What are some of your favorite summer Salmon recipes?
