Mother brought goodies

My mother is spring cleaning which means I get canned goodies. Lemon blueberrie jam, cranberrie juice, salsa, and honey from my father's bees. I couldn't wait for the juice.

It's a taco kinda night

Some home made tacos. BBQ pulled pork, rice, grilled onions & green peppers, jalapeños, cheese and a light salsa. Taste was 👌/👌 Normally I make these with chicken, but I didn't want some leftover meat going bad.

Buttermilk biscuits w/ sausage gravy, cholula, cheesy eggs, sausage patties, sausage gravy, more cholula, guacamole Verde salsa. Side English muffin sandwich with cholula, eggs, cheese, & sausage! Needless to say, Im stuffed!

I made this dish in like 10 minutes and it was just a bunch of left overs I mixed together. It was so good, and the best part is nothing went to waste.

Food prep for the next couple weeks

Steeping some chilis to make Harissa paste. Made some Moroccan eggplant dip, salsa roja, and I'm going to make some bulgogi sauce. Then it's protein prep. Been on a yogurt kick for marinades. Gonna make some black bean dip and corn salsa later on.
