Finally put up my Pole

Was just telling my Uncle's, "No that isn't a support beam for structional issues to the house..."🤭😂 It's only been a couple months since this photo but the living room already looks way different..anywho! (edited)

Flexibility

I have never been able to do the splits, shoot I couldn't even touch my toes in my twiggy youth form. Flexibility just seemed unattainable, but yoga and pole have helped me tons. I need to get back to daily training and hit the floor. What are your flexibility goals?
