Shadow Work Journaling

Has anyone else done Shadow Work Journaling? What's your experience with it been like? Do you have any words of wisdom as I go into this?

There are some really good prompts online for shadow journals

I wrote like six pages worth this morning and it helped clear the air a little between me and my shadow aspect of my personality
