Weaponizing boundaries

This one did start in the shower…. Boundaries have become a huge thing, which is great. Normally the context of talking about boundaries is good. But people can abuse/misuse boundaries. I think there should be more conversation geared towards distinguishing healthy and toxic boundaries.
