So did my 50 lengths today at swimming (150 for the week) and omg I'm dying. Like every length felt like hell. I felt like I was weight lifting every second 😭😭🤣 I don't even know why because I've been doing this for a few weeks now. Fingers crossed for next week it gets better 🙌🏻🤣
