I can lose weight when I wish to want but I don't, because I am foodie and love to sleep alot and sitting on couch at home in free time and just walk at night alone. That's why I am above average body shape man . I can lose my weight to impress woman but I don't Because

If someone really want me love me alot she will accept me as I am for her. I can lose my weight later if she want me to lose weight if she don't want me to lose weight so I will be same as I amm Just want strong connection. (edited)

I did keto for many years

I wouldn't recommend it unless you're severely overweight, but it gave me my life back. It requires insane discipline, food and body knowledge.
