I'v been shifted to cig to vape about 1.5 years. But the problem is nowadays cravings increasing for vape, And i used it more and more, I started with salt nic, 20 -35mg. Now using 30mg salt nic, How can i reduce vaping! I have tried freebase juice, that don't give me kick tbh.
